Shushman

About Shushman

Shushman is a private diary for the moments someone made you feel small: at work, at school, at home or online.

Why it exists

Most of what hurts us socially never gets reported, and much of it never gets said out loud. Not because it doesn’t matter, but because saying it feels risky, and it’s hard to act on something you haven’t found words for yet.

So Shushman starts before any of that. You write down what happened, only for yourself. You don’t have to tell anyone to get help here.

What else is here

Everything beyond the diary is optional, and waits until you want it:

  • Understand: short guides to tell bullying apart from conflict or a bad day.
  • Practice: rehearse a response on fictional people, including a one-minute game.
  • Stories: short composites of common experiences, so you know you’re not the only one.
  • Get help: your options for school, work, online and home, with the danger check first.

What it isn’t

Shushman is support and education. It isn’t therapy, legal advice or an emergency service, and it isn’t a place to name or report anyone. Nothing you write here reaches an employer, a school or the police.

Who makes it

Shushman is made by Artizco, a one-person software studio in Finland that makes small, calm software that does one job well. It’s free, with no ads, no accounts and no tracking. If it helps you, you can support the studio at artizco.com.
