The plain version of what Shushman is and what using it means.
What Shushman is
Shushman is free support and education, provided as is. It isn’t therapy, medical or legal advice, or an emergency service, and nothing here decides whether a situation meets a legal definition where you live. For that, you need qualified people locally. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
Your diary
Your entries are yours and live only on your device. Because we never hold a copy, we can’t restore anything that is lost when browser data is cleared or a passcode is forgotten. Export a copy if it matters to you.
Liability
We work to keep Shushman accurate and available, but can’t promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law, together with the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Shushman is operated by Yasin Cetiner, trading as Artizco, Finland. Contact: hello@artizco.com.
